Ultra low temperature valve (196-100 ℃, elongation type III) is one of the indispensable and important equipment in industries such as petrochemicals, air separation, and natural gas. Its quality determines whether it can be produced safely, economically, and sustainably. With the development of technology, the use of ultra-low temperature valves is becoming more and more extensive, and the demand is also increasing, with higher requirements. At present, the production capacity of domestically produced ultra-low temperature valves is relatively low, and there is a significant gap with foreign products in terms of technical level, reliability, service life, and supporting capabilities. Therefore, the majority of ultra-low temperature valves used by most domestic enterprises rely on imports.
Air Liquide (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. is an internationally renowned enterprise. Due to the liquefaction temperature of air being around 196.1 ℃, a large number of ultra-low temperature valves are required in the production process. As early as July 2009, our company produced three DN20 caliber ultra-low temperature valves for Air Liquide. After nearly half a year of operation, the equipment performed well. Therefore, in May 2010, Air France ordered 53 ultra-low temperature valves from our company. The ultra-low temperature valves ordered by Air Liquide this time range from DN15 to DN300 caliber, with pressure ratings of Classl50 to Classl500. The valve types not only include conventional single seat valves, cage valves, sleeve single seat valves, low leakage cage valves, triple eccentric butterfly valves, but also multi-stage sleeve valves. The ordering scope is wide, covering almost all of our product series.
